The process

How mail-in stringing works

1

Place your order

Fill out the order form — head model, service, mesh, colors, pocket placement, and how you like it to throw.

2

Ship us your head

Pop the head off your shaft and mail it to the address in your confirmation. USPS Ground Advantage runs about $8–10.

3

We string & test it

You get a photo the day it arrives. We string it to spec, break in the pocket, and throw-test every head before it leaves.

4

Back in 3–5 days

Your head ships back within 3–5 days of arriving — return shipping on us — with tracking sent the moment it's in the mail.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How long does the whole thing take, door to door?

Our turnaround — 3 to 5 days — is the time from your head arriving here to it shipping back out. Add USPS transit each way (typically 2–5 days) and most orders are back in your hands in about a week and a half to two weeks. Need it faster? The 48-hour rush cuts our part to two days.

What do I actually mail you?

Just the head — pop it off the shaft and keep the shaft. Wrap it in anything padded, box it or use a padded mailer, and send it USPS Ground Advantage (usually $8–10). The exact shipping address comes with your order confirmation.

How do I pay?

After you submit the order form, we email your confirmation with a PayPal or Venmo payment request — your choice. Your order enters the queue when payment lands. Card checkout is coming soon.

What if I don't like how it throws?

Every pocket is throw-tested before it ships, and your specs from the order form are the blueprint. If something feels off when you get it, message us within 7 days — we'll walk through adjustments together, and if it needs a restring to make it right, we'll make it right.

What mesh do you use?

Your call — pick from the options on the order form or tell us your favorite. Sending your own mesh and strings? That's the $25 service.

Is my head insured in the mail?

USPS Ground Advantage includes up to $100 of insurance automatically on the return leg, and we photograph every head on arrival and before shipping so its condition is documented both ways.
